I bought some of these and for the price, I cant complain at all, Just because it is cheap, Does not mean its not effective. I wore one under a thin button up shirt to a crowded restaurant and nobody noticed it, I even forgot I was wearing it. It is totally concealable, stays very well in place, The whistle on mine works just fine, and the cord can barely be seen if you wear a shirt with a collar. If the cord is visible, it looks like a regular necklace.

I got this as a gift and it has worked really well for me. Its a little smaller than I thought it might be but it is not to small. It is Very sturdy and came pretty sharp. Overall this is a very good buy.

This is a really well built knife, for $3.00. I got ten, nine for gifts, and one for me. I pulled mine out, and really liked to.

Got it for my wife as a gift.....little rough on her hands to open it up at first, but she really likes the smooth pull and how it stays in the sheath. Had to sharpen it up a bit, but for the price not going to complain at all. Overall, very excellent knife, I should of ordered one for myself!!!!

For the price, it is unbeatable! Easy to sharpen and just the right size for easy concealment. This little knife is very dependable and for the current price of $2.98 why wouldn't you get it?!

So I ordered 12 of these for family, gifts and my bug out tub, EDC and geo caches. I was just looking to have a last ditch knife to hang around my neck. I really like the sheath and the design of this knife. The first thing I did was to put a double edge and sharpen these knives. They came fairly sharp but single edged. Not sharp enough to cut through paracord with one swipe. OK - got them sharp. I then ditched the cheap cord necklace for paracord and wrapped the handles. It's not the sharpest knife and doesn't look like it will stay sharp - but still giving 5 stars because for a what it is - A $3.00 neck (last ditch) knife. You can afford many of them to stash around.

This is a sweet little knife and I can't hardly put it down. My only problems with this knife is that the sheath looks ridiculous (but it's a neck knife so that's unavoidable) and when I pulled it out of the sheath to check the edge for the very first time... it was too dull to cut through a candy wrapper.. I don't know maybe it was a fluke but the description said razor sharp. And the other knife I got was also dull.. strange... but for the price you just can't complain.

Not the sharpest right out of the box but, at $1.98 you can not complain. It's hard to hide under some of the more fitted clothes I wear but, I take the string off and carry it in my pocket. I never leave home without this little guy. Truly amazing deal.

I did not see anyone say anything about the whistle that is built into the sheath so it was a surprise to see that. The knife is held very firmly in place. After trying to shake the knife out I could not easily do it. I was impressed and for only 2 bucks?

Absolutely great knife, very concealable and very sharp. The friend that gave it to me grinned off the "rape whistle". the necklace it comes with is nice and looks similar to the catholic rosary when under the shirt. the sheath holds the knife very firm and it wont fall out. It also feels comfortable in your hand.

Short. Simple. I like it. And only $2.

its a great knife the cord and sheath are dependable and sturdy. the only issue that i noticed is that the blade didnt come in as quoted "razor sharp" here on the site. but that is all fixed with a sharpener so its certainly a great buy especially at this price.

Over all this is a good knife but I was very slightly disappointed. It was smaller than I thought it would be and the paint was flaking off at the blade when I got it. Other than those little issues its pretty good, BUT, for the cheap price that's about what you would expect. The whistle works great, can be heard from a long way off. Also the shipping was fast, ordered it on a Friday morning and got it that following Tuesday. I would recommend it if you want a good, cheap, and there-when-you-need-it knife.

I bought this knife expecting quality and instead I got crap. The paint looked like it was sprayed by a 2 year old. It was already coming off when I had opened the box. The blade was smaller than the picture and its just crap, might not be worth the 3 bucks I paid for it.
